Fruits ni muhimu sana kwa afya zetu.we better remember that human body cant fabricate some vitamins like vitamic C...the only source this vitamin is fruits..........We may use some medicine like MEGANYL which contains almost all kind of vitamis which often used for the people who .relived from some malade or coma.....
